eSign Request Tokens

Request Tokens are part of our new eSign tool and are there to future-proof the feature.

Included with eSign:

• Accounts will receive a monthly allotment of Request Tokens per month
• Accounts can rollover Request Tokes month-to-month until they have up to 3x their monthly allotment “banked”
• Additionally, Request Tokens can be drawn into the negative by 1x their monthly allotment

eSign Templates do not count towards your Request Tokens. Request Tokens are depleted by one for each eSign Template sent to a Team Member. In an effort to reduce the number of Request Tokens being used, eSign Templates can be created to include multiple documents. If you'd like to schedule a call with us to review this you can use this link to choose a time that works for you.

Woven will notify customer, by email, when the Account has used 90% of their Request Tokens.

Request Tokens can be purchased, to increase your Account's recurring monthly allotment, for $1 per Request Token per month, or one time packages of Request Tokens can be purchased for:

• 100 tokens for $50 ($0.50 per request)
• 500 tokens for $225 ($0.45 per request)
• 1000 tokens for $400 ($0.40 per request)
