Quickly let your manager know when you’re available, not available, and on call to work by submitting your availability to your manager for their approval.
To submit your availability to your manager:
- Access your “Home” page by clicking on the “Home” button in the upper left-hand corner of the page
- Select “Update Weekly Availability” from the “Quick Actions” section
- Select the dark blue “Change Availability” button to navigate to your Weekly Availability Chart
- Above your Weekly Availability Chart, enter values for:
- Preferred Number of Shifts: enter the preferred number of shifts you’d like to work per week. Select the underlined “0” next to the “Preferred Number of Shifts” field to enter a value (you must enter at least “1” and no more than “7” shifts). Click outside the textbox to save your entry.
- Number of Hours: enter the number of hours you’ve agreed to work per week. Select the underlined “0” next to the “Number of Hours” field to enter a value (you must enter at least “1” and no more than “40” hours). Click outside the textbox to save your entry.
- To indicate when you’re available to work, first, click the green “Available” button then select each box on your Availability Chart that you’re available to work. As you select each box, it will turn green.
- To indicate when you’re not available to work, first, click the gray “Not Available” button then select each box on your Availability Chart that you’re not available to work. As you select each box, it will turn gray.
- To indicate when you’re on call to work, first, click the blue “On Call” button then select each box on your Availability Chart that you’re on call to work. As you select each box, it will turn blue.
PRO TIP: When indicating when you’re available, not available, and on call to work, select a cell then drag across cells to make them all the same color rather than individually clicking on cells.
- If you’d like to share any comments regarding your availability with your manager, select the “Not Provided” text next to the “Notes” field and enter your comment. Click outside of the textbox to save your comment.
- Click the dark blue “Submit Availability” button.
- Confirm your decision to submit your availability to your manager by selecting the “Submit” button on the pop-up message.
Woven will immediately notify your manager that you have submitted your availability.
