Celebrations Basics

Woven’s “Celebrations” feature is a great way to celebrate your team members. The “Celebrations” feature is found on your Woven homepage above the “Quick Actions” menu. The “Celebrations” feature will rotate through the team members who have a birthday or work anniversary.

The “Celebrations” feature will show birthdays and work anniversaries that are coming up within the next 7 days and it will keep them displayed for 7 days after the birthday and work anniversary.

To have a team member’s birthday show in the “Celebrations” feature, you will need to add their date of birth to their team member’s page. To add a team member’s date of birth:

1. Click “Team Members” under the Management Menu.
2. Click on the team member's name whose date of birth you would like to add, and Woven will navigate you to their “General” tab.
3. Under the “General Information” section, click the blue underlined text to the right of “Date of Birth”
4. Select the team member’s date of birth.

A team member’s work anniversary is based on their hire date which was inputted when their Woven account was first created. If you need to update the hire date for a team member, you can do so in that team member’s page. To update a team member’s hire date:

1. Click “Team Members” under the Management Menu.
2. Click on the team member's name whose hire date you would like to update, and Woven will navigate you to their “General” tab.
3. Under the “Employment Information” section, click the blue underlined text to the right of “Hire date”

Woven will celebrate the following work anniversaries:

• Team Member’s Birthday
• Team Member’s Work Anniversaries (Woven will celebrate a team member's work anniversary starting with their 3 month work anniversary. Then Woven will celebrate their 6 month work anniversary, their 1 year anniversary,  their 1.5 years anniversary, their 2 years anniversary, their  5 years anniversary, and so on)
