If a Position requires a Team Member to have an Employee Verification for employment, you can store track that information within Woven.
- Click Team Members under the Management menu
- Click on the team member for whom you would like to add the Employee Verification record
- Click Employee Verification box
- Click the green +New button
- Begin by selecting whether the Employee Verification was “Clear” or “Questionable.”
- Drop the EVS file or Browse your computer to add the file, and click Submit
- Once submitted, the Team Members Insurance is now active in Woven.
- Your Team Members EVS has now been saved and is updated in the Team Members General Information
