Once a team member has submitted their time-off request, the system will notify managers by email. Managers can then approve, reject, or withdraw and delete the request by following the below steps:
- Log into your Woven account.
- Under the “MANAGEMENT” section, click on the “Schedules” option.
- Select the "Time Off" tab.
- Select "Calendar" or "List" to view your approved, rejected, and pending requests
- Adust your filters to customize your search.
PRO TIP: The border surrounding a request indicates the status of a request. Red = rejected, green = approved, and yellow = pending approval.
- Select a request with a yellow boarder to approve or deny a pending request. Once the request is selected, a side panel will apprear at the right of your screen. Here, you can take action on the request.
- Leave comments for the team member in the "Management Comments: (Private)" field, if you desire and select one of the following:
- Withdraw & Delete
- this will remove the request from view
- Accept
- Reject
- rejected request will prompt a pop-up window where you can leave a reason for rejecting the request.
