- Hold a meeting with the entire team to cover Woven. Discuss:
- What is Woven and its available features,
- How it will benefit team members (e.g., simplicity in one central place for workplace communications, systems, and tools),
- Expectations for how the team will start using Woven, and
- Expectations for how the team will continue to use Woven
- Hand out our Woven Getting Started Guides to your team members:
- Simplify your work life! Drop all existing apps or systems (electronic or paper-based) that will be replaced by Woven features.
- Set rules and deadlines for full adoption of Woven features
- E.g., by May 30, managers will not respond to text messages and will only respond to direct messages in Woven
- Enforce the rules and deadlines for Woven adoption
- E.g., a team member sends a text message to a manager after the May 30 deadline. The manager can enforce the May 30 rule on texting by replying “After May 30, I will only respond to direct messages in Woven. Please log into Woven to communicate with me.”
- Check which team members have not yet logged into Woven and help them log in for the first time. To see who hasn’t yet logged in:
- Click the “Team Members” section under your “MANAGEMENT” menu
- Select the “Alerts” tab
- Team members with the yellow “x” box icon have not logged in for the week
