Before sending an email to a Team Member with instructions for resetting their Woven password, you should confirm that they have the correct email address on file (select Management menu > Team Members > choose your team member > view the “Email Address” field on their “General” tab). If they do not, review the “Updating the Username and Email Address” Help Article.
To send a reset-password email:
- Click Team Members under the Management menu.
- Click the name of the Team Member to whom you would like to send a password-reset email.
- Click on the Access tab.
- Click the Reset Password button.
- On the slide out, click Reset Password.
