You and your Team Members can navigate through Tasks, not only on your desktop, but from your mobile device!
From the Home Screen of MyWork, you and your Team Members will see their tasks organized by due status. They can scroll through these tasks and select the one for which they would like to view details. The plus icon will allow them to create a New Task.
At the bottom of the screen, you and your Team Members can select the circled checkmark icon to navigate to Tasks.
In Tasks, you can filter your tasks by My Tasks, Due Status, or by Team. By default, you will see any task assigned or created by you organized by due status.
By selecting the blue "+" button, you can add a new task.
Clicking on any task will reveal task details. With basic permissions to Tasks, your Team Members will be able to comment and complete the task. The can complete the task by clicking on the empty cirlcle next to the task title or by selecting the status and updating. Here, we see the status is "open".
The bell icon at the top of the task details will allow you to set a reminder for yourself to complete the task.
The three dot ellipses menu will be visible to those with access and can be selected to require proof of completion, set an expiration, view task access, and delete the task.
