Deleting a Team

Team members with the appropriate permissions can delete teams. It is not recommended to delete a team for record purposes. When a team is removed, all conversations that took place for that team will be deleted from Woven.

To delete a team:

1. Click “Teams” under the Management menu.

2. Click the team you want to delete.

3. Click the team’s “Settings” tab.

4. Click the “Delete Team” button.

5. A message will pop up asking you to confirm that you would like to delete this team. Type “CONFIRM” in the pop-up window.

6. A save button will pop-up after you have typed in CONFIRM. Click the save button to delete the team.
