When a Team Member requests an update to their time entry, Management can make an update from Timesheets or from the Time Entry Change Request task generated when the request is submitted.
From Timesheets:
- Select the entry
- On the entry, review "Time Entry change requested" under the Alerts header.
- Select "Edit" from the three-dot ellipses menu.
- Here, you can review the Pending Request and make updates to the New Time fields. Select Submit Time Change once updates are complete.
From Tasks:
- Select the Time Entry Change Request Task
- Select the blue reference item, Time Entry Alert: Time Entry Change Request
- Select "Edit" from the three-dot ellipses menu.
- Here, you can review the Pending Request and make updates to the New Time fields. Select Submit Time Change once updates are complete.
- Clearing the alert on the task with update the task status to Complete.
