Managers can add Time Entries on behalf of their Team Members from Schedule Timesheets or from Timesheets within the Team Member's profile.
Schedule Timesheets
- From the Timesheet page, select the "Tools" button and "+Add Time Entry".
- Select the Team Member for whom you would like to create an entry.
- From the dropdown menu, you can select Unscheduled Shift to add an unscheduled entry or choose from the scheduled shifts.
- For scheduled entries, add notes and select the green "Add Time Entry" button.
For Unscheduled entries, choose the appropriate Location, Position, Clock-in/out Date, and Time. Add notes and then select the green "Add Time Entry" button.
Team Member Timesheets
- From your Team Member's profile, select the Schedule tab.
- Select "Add Time Entry"
- From here, you can make adjustments to the Clock-in/out time and add notes
- Once updates are complete, select "Add Time Entry"
