Team members can submit a missed shift by following the below steps:
1. Select the “Missing a Shift” option under the “Quick Actions” section of your home page. You should now be on your “My Schedule” page under the “Attendance” tab.
2. Select the “+ Missing Shift” option.
3. Complete the requested information:
a. Choose whether you’re missing your shift today or tomorrow.
b. Reason – Enter the reason why you are missing this shift.
c. Comments – Enter any comments.
d. If available, select the date when you can make up the shift (this may not appear).
4. When ready, select the “Save” button to submit your missed shift. The system will notify your manager of your missed shift.
How can team members view their missed shifts and the impact of them?
Team members can view their missed shifts and the impact of them by following the below steps:
1. Select the “Missing a Shift” option under the “Quick Actions” section of your home page. You should now be on your “My Schedule” page under the “Attendance” tab.
2. Review the following information on the “Attendance” tab:
a. Attendance Streak – hover over the star icons to view:
i. Your Personal Active Streak: your current total number of days in a row for which you have not had a missed shift
ii. Your Personal Best Streak: your record number of days in a row for which you have not had a missed shift
iii. Your position’s Best Streak: the record number of days in a row for which a team member in your same position didn’t have a missed shift
iv. Your location’s Best Streak: the record number of days in a row for which a team member at your same location didn’t have a missed shift
b. The number of shifts you’ve missed over the last 180 days and the estimated amount of wages you’ve lost as a result.
i. This information is repeated in the boxes to the right for the last 30 days, 31 – 60 days, 61 – 90 days, and 91 – 180 days.
c. A list of your missed shifts over the last 180 days and the details of those missed shifts.
