When a team member submits a missed shift, Woven automatically notifies the manager via email
Woven will also notify you via the "Call In" tab in scheduling that you have team members who have called in.
At this point, Woven has notified your team members, according to your settings customizations, that a shift is available for pick up. On the "Shifts" tab, select the bell icon next to the blue "Publish and Notify" button to view your pending actions requiring attention.
Here, you can select who you would prefer to work the shift from the team members who have volunteered to pick up the shift.
