Edit a Shared Link

To edit an existing shared link:

1. Access the Shared Links page by clicking the “Knowledge Base” button and selecting “Shared Links.”

2. Find the link that you want to edit and click its name which will direct you to the link’s configuration page. In the example below, I’m clicking the “ADP” link.

3. In the link’s configuration page, you can change:

a. Which teams have access to the shared link and

b. The links details (name, URL, and description)

4. Once satisfied with your changes, click on the blue “Back to SharedLinks List” to return to your list of shared links.
