The Location Audit feature guides auditors through their checklists and surveys, allowing them to easily identify and track issues. Auditors note conditions and can further elaborate by adding commentary or uploading photos to their audit responses. Managers, as well as customizeable positions, receive a report upon audit completion that summarizes results so they can address issues and improve practices.
To start an audit, an auditor must first select "+Add Audit" from the Location Audit Management page. From there, the auditor will be guided thorugh the audit template.
To begin using the Location Audit feature, you must first create an audit template in "Location Audit Management Settings". Here, you can create custom templates with sections and questions specific to your and your location. From there, you can publish and perform audits.
