Location Audit Insights

Use the “Audit Insights” tab on the Location Audit page to view real-time data on audits performed at your locations. Consider data on one type of audit or all possible audits.

To access Audit Insights:

1. Click “Location Audit” from under the “MANAGEMENT” menu.
2. Click “Audit Insights.”
   
3. Once on the “Audit Insights” page , select the blue "Filters" button to customize what you see on your Audit Insights reports. 
   • Audit Template
   • Audit Date Between
   • Locations
   • Comparison Locations
   • Include Brand Audits

Average Score by Month – The top table to the left shows your selected template, the time period you are filtering for, and the location comparison.

The middle table to the left shows the number of completed audits for your selected template and location(s), and the average score for those audits.

The bottom table to the left shows the number of completed audits for your selected template, excluding the selected location(s) and average score.

 The bar graph shows average score by month. The light blue bar indicates your selcted location, while the dark blue indicates the average monthly score for the comparison locations.

Audit by Location – Here you will be all to see all of the locations you selected along with the number of completed audits and the average score. The search field allows you to search for a specific location.

Average Scores by Section – This graph breaks down the audit sections and the average section score for the selected locations versus all locations. You can further narrow down the results by clicking on a section bar graph. This will show you the average score of the questions in the section for the chosen locations versus all locations.

Auditors – This section shows the name of the auditors who have completed a location audit using the selected audit template at the chosen locations, as well as the comparison locations. It will show the number of audits they have completed by the auditor, as well as the average score for all selected locations.
