Quick Guide on Woven’s Call In Feature
Team Members can Call In for an upcoming shift using the Call In feature. From the app or the Call In Quick Action button on desktop, your team members will be able to Call In for a shift occurring today or tomorrow. They can also do the same from My Schedule.
When a team member submits a missed shift, Woven automatically notifies the location manager by email and push notification.
PRO TIP: Woven can also send these notifications to other team members of certain positions (e.g., an assistant manager). To customize these settings, go to the building icon (upper right-hand corner) and select “Account Settings.” Click on the “Notifications” tab and follow its instructions. (If you don’t see the “Notifications” tab, you don’t have permission to view this tab. If you have access to the “Security” tab, you can give your role access to the “Notifications” tab by clicking on your role’s “Configure” option.)
Woven can also be configured to send automatic Call In notifications to team members in the same position as the team member who is missing their shift.
