Call Ins are used by Team Members to Call In for a Shift they have scheduled for the current or following day.
Team members can submit a Call In by following the below steps:
1. Select the Call In button under the Quick Actions section of your home page or My Schedule
2. Select the Shift you wish to Call In for to open the Shift Details, and click Call In
3. Review your active streak, and potential lost wages, and click Next
4. Depending on your Account's settings, you may need to complete the following:
a. Reason: select the reason why you are missing this shift.
b. Notes: provide any notes
c. If available, select the date when you can make up the shift (this may not appear).
5. Review your Account's Call In policy, and click Ok to complete you Call In. This will notify your Location Manager, as well as colleagues that could pick up the now Open Shift.
