Beyond adding and managing work orders, the “Work Order Insights” tab highlights relevant and impactful insights to support data-driven decisions about maintenance. To view the “Work Order Insights” tab:
- Click “Work Orders” under the Maintenance menu
- Click the “Work Order Insights” tab
On this tab, you will see:
- Open Work Orders. This number indicates the number of open work orders for all locations.
- Work Order Priority. The work order priority shows a pie chart. If you hover over the priority color, the number of work orders with that priority will display. The pie chart is broken into:
- Critical
- High
- Low
- Normal
- Average Age (Open). This insight shows you the average age of an open work order in hours and minutes.
- Average Time To Resolve. This insight shows you the average time it takes to resolve a work order in hours and minutes.
- Age Of Open Work Orders. This insight shows a pie chart. The pie chart is broken into:
- 0-24 Hours
- 48+ Hours
- Number of Open Work Orders (Size) and Average Age (Color) Assigned to Maintenance Techs. In this visualization, each maintenance tech will have their own square and depending on the number of work orders, the size of the graph will vary (the more open work orders, the bigger the square). The color of each square will change based on the average age of their open work orders (the darker the color, the longer that work order has been open).
- Priority Status of Open Work Orders by Region, District, and Location: This graph shows the priority status of each region, district, and location’s open work orders.
- On the bar graph’s first page, you will see the priority status of open work orders for each region in Woven.
- If you click any priority color of a specific region, the bar graph will update and show the district’s tied to that region and each district’s priority status of open work orders.
- If you click any priority color of a specific district, all of the locations affiliated with that district will now appear on the bar graph and show each location’s priority status of open work orders.
- Internal Average Time To Resolve. This insight shows the average time it took internal team members to resolve a work order.
- External Average Time To Resolve. This insight shows the average time it took vendors or outside maintenance techs to resolve a work order.
- Internal Average Age. This insight shows the average age of open work orders that are managed by internal team members.
- External Average Age. This insight shows the average age of open work orders that are managed by vendors or external maintenance techs.
- Number of Open Work Orders (Size) and Average Age (Color) by Reason. In this visualization, each reason will have their own square in the graph. Depending on the number of work orders with this reason, the size of the graph will vary (the more open work orders with a specific reason, the bigger the square). The color of each square will change based on the average age of open work orders with this reason (the darker the color, the longer that open work orders with a specific reason have been open)
