Managers have the ability to accept or reject a team member’s submitted availability in Woven.
To accept or reject a team member’s availability:
- Select “Schedules” under the “Management” menu
- Click the “Availability Management” tab
- Find the team member whose availability you need to accept or reject. Team members who have submitted their availability will have a yellow “Availability Pending” label.
- Select the team member’s name.
To accept the team member’s availability:
- Click the dark blue “Approve” button.
- Confirm your decision to accept the availability by selecting the green “Accept” button on the pop-up message.
To reject the team member’s availability:
- Click the red “Reject” button.
- Confirm your decision to reject the availability by selecting the red “Reject” button on the pop-up message.
