eSign allows for seamless document delivery to your Team Members, allowing them to complete and sign documents. These documents can be added and configured by you to send to individual Team Members and/or added to Onboarding Documents.
To access eSign:
- Navigate to Account Settings
- Select the “eSign” tab
To add a new document:
- Select the green “+ Add Template” button
- Complete the open Title field to name your template (required) and add a description
- Add additional signer Signer Roles by selecting the green “+Add” button. Team Member will always be listed by default.
- Name the New Signer Role and select the green “Add Signer Role” button
- Name the New Signer Role and select the green “Add Signer Role” button
- Select the Positions, Location Assigned Positions, and/or Specific Employees who can act as a signer for the role
- Signer Role order can be adjusted by dragging and dropping the order and signing order can be enforced by toggling “No” to “Yes”
- Add a document
- Select the dark blue “Finalize Documents and Signer Roles” button
- Adjustments cannot be made after selecting this button
- Identify Positions in which this template can be shared
- Identify Locations in which this template can be shared
- Select the dark blue “Configure Fields on Template” button
To customize your template:
- Select from the dropdown menu in the top left for whom you will be selecting fields
- Drag field options from the left side panel to your template
- Continue until all necessary fields have been added to your template
- Continue until all necessary fields have been added to your template
- Select additional signer roles from the dropdown menu and repeat the above step
- When all fields for each role have been added to the document, select the green “Finalize” button at the top right of the page
- You will return to the template home page. Here, you can select the dark blue “Publish” button to make the template available for use
Once you have Published templates in your account, you can send documents to your Team Members for them to complete. You can also identify by position which documents should be presented to the new Team Member through Onboarding Documents.
