Skills Basics
“Skills” is an editable list that allows management to assign skills and proficiency levels to team members. The skills that have been added in the skills tab ultimately power the “Team Member Finder” so a team member is able to identify another team member by acquired skill level.
To add skills to the “Skills” list click on the building icon in the upper right-hand corner of Woven. Click “Account Settings” and then the “Skills” tab. Next, click “+Add Skill” and a new skill field will appear as “New Skill Name.” You will want to then click on the blue dotted line under “New Skill Name” to name your new skill.
