Configuration

The Configuration tab is where you may make some further customizations to your account.

To get to the “Configuration” tab, click the building icon in the upper right-hand corner by your name. Once you are there, click “Account Settings.” You can then click the “Configuration” tab.

The “Configuration” tab is split into sections that each cover a Woven functionality which you may customize. Depending on which functionalities are applicable to your account, you’ll see sections for: Team Member Alerts, the Onboarding welcome and finished messages, Team Member Pay Rates, Daily Digest, and Celebrations.

Team Member Alerts:

In this section, you may toggle whether you would like to suppress the missing employment info alert or not. If checked off, then if any team members are missing any of the below employment information, you will not see this alert in the “Alerts” tab of “Team Members.”

1. Hire Date
2. Start Date
3. Employment Type
4. Pay Rate (if multiple pay rate fields are available, you must provide at least one pay rate)
5. Payment Method
6. FLSA Status

Onboarding Messages:

The “Onboarding Message” configuration will allow you to customize your onboarding messages for when a team member starts and finishes their onboarding.

Team Member Pay Rates:

The “Team Member Pay Rates” section allows you to define up to 4 different pay rates. When a pay rate has been customized and enabled, it will show on the team member's page.

For instance, if you defined a pay rate as hourly, you could go to a team member’s profile and enter their hourly wage within that field

Disable Daily Digest:

Check off “Disable Daily Digest Email” to prevent the daily digest email from sending each day to all employees.

Celebrations:

In the "Celebrations" sections, there are 3 sections that you are able to configure.

1. Celebrate Birthdays and Work Anniversaries on the Homepage - This is where you will tell Woven if you want to enable the Celebrations to feature and that you want it to be visible on all team member's homepage.
2. Show Only Location-Affiliated Celebrations to Users - If you have more than one location, you are able to tell Woven to only show team member's birthdays and work anniversaries to team members that are affiliated with the same location.
3. Show Account-Wide Celebrations to Users - Selecting this option shows the birthdays and work anniversaries of all team members (no matter their location affiliation) to the user.
