Navigating Procedure Steps

A procedure can be viewed in two ways. You can either view a procedure in its entirety (using the “Scroll” viewing option) or step-by-step. You can toggle between these two views while managing a procedure.

To navigate through a procedure using the scroll view:

1. Click “Knowledge Base” in the upper right-hand corner next to your name.
2. Click “Operating Procedures”
3. Search for the procedure you want to view and click the procedure. By default, the option to scroll through a procedure will be selected.
4. Scroll down to navigate through the steps in the procedure.

To navigate a procedure step-by-step:

1. Click “Knowledge Base” in the upper right-hand corner next to your name.
2. Click “Operating Procedures”
3. Search for the procedure you want to view and click the procedure.
4. Click on the step by step icon (as seen in the image below).
5. Click the left or right arrows to move to the next step in the procedure or to go back to the previous step.
