Searching for a Procedure

Team members can search for procedures in many ways. When accessing the “Procedures” main page, you see all procedures by default. You can narrow down the list to find the procedure you’re after by using the search bar or the filters to sort by specific categories, positions, and or tags.

To search for a procedure using the search bar:

1. Click “Knowledge Base” in the upper right-hand corner next to your name.
2. Click “Operating Procedures”
3. Click into the “Search Procedures” search bar.
4. Type in the name of the procedure

To only see procedures labeled by a certain category:

1. Click “Knowledge Base” in the upper right-hand corner next to your name.
2. Click “Operating Procedures”
3. Click into the "All categories" drop-down
4. Click the category of the procedure that you are looking for.

To only see procedures labeled by a certain position:

1. Click “Knowledge Base” in the upper right-hand corner next to your name.
2. Click “Operating Procedures.”
3. Click into the "All positions" drop-down.
4. Click the position(s) that would be tasked with the procedure you are looking for.

To only see procedures by labeled by a certain tag:

1. Click “Knowledge Base” in the upper right-hand corner next to your name.
2. Click “Operating Procedures”
3. Click into the "All Tags" drop-down.
4. Click the tag(s) of the procedure you are looking for.
