Incident Insights

Use the “Incident Insights” tab from the “Incidents” main page to view real-time data on incidents that have occurred at your location(s). Consider data from all “Non-COVID Incidents” or “COVID Incidents.”

To access “Incident Insights:”

1. Click “Incidents” under the “Management” menu.
2. Click “Incident Insights.”

PRO TIP: On the “Incident Insights” tab,  you can refine your incident data by selecting the location(s) you want to review, the date range an incident was created in, and the claimant type(s).

On the Incident Insights tab, you will be able to see the following:

• Number of Open Incidents
• Number of Closed Incidents
• Monthly Incidents by:
  • Claimant Type
  • Incident Type
  • Injury Type
  • Claim Type
• Incidents by Region
  • This chart is interactive and allows you to dial in by district
• Incidents by Location
  • This chart is interactive and allows you to click on locations to see incidents by claimant type
    • Red pins signify locations with the most incident reports
    • Yellow pins signify moderate activity
    • Green pins signify locations with the least incident reports
