In Woven, you can mark an incident as private to restrict access to the incident from team members. When marking an incident as private, you have two options: “Level 1 (Highest)”, “Level 2”, and None.
PRO TIP: To be able to view “Level 1 (Highest)” and “ Level 2”, you will need to have the “Level 1 (HR) - Private Access” and “Level 2 (Manager) - Private Access” permissions enabled in Account Settings.
To configure your incident settings for “Level 1 (Highest)” and “Auto Level 2”:
- Click “Incidents” under the “Management” menu.
- Click “Settings” in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the “Type of Incident” tab.
Once you are on the “Type of Incident” tab, you can make any of the types of incidents as “Level 1 (Highest)”, “Level 2”, or None.
To make an incident “Level 1 (Highest):
- Click into the incident type.
- Select Level 1 (Highest).
To make an incident “Level 2”:
- Click into the incident type.
- Select "Level 2".
PRO TIP: “Level 1 (Highest)” and “Level 2” work separately from each other. If a team member has access to view “Level 1 (Highest)” incidents, then they will only be able to see “Level 1 (Highest)” and incidents without privacy levels assigned. The same rings true for team members who have "Level 2" access to incidents. Grant access to both for a team member to see all incidents.
