In Woven, you can mark an incident as private to hide the incident from team members. When marking an incident as private, you have two options: “HR (Level 1) Private” and “Manager (Level 2) Private.”
PRO TIP: To be able to view “HR (Level 1) Private” and “Manager (Level 2) Private” incidents, you will need to have the “HR (Level 1) Private” and “Manager (Level 2) Private” permissions enabled in Account Settings.
To configure your incident settings for “HR (Level 1) Private” and “Manager (Level 2) Private”:
- Click “Incidents” under the “Management” menu.
- Click “Settings” in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on the “Type of Incident” tab.
Once you are on the “Type of Incident” tab, you can make any of the types of incidents as either “HR (Level 1) Private,” “Manager (Level 2) Private,” or both.
To make an incident “HR (Level 1) Private”:
- Click into the incident type.
- Click the “Yes” toggle for “HR (Level 1) Private.”
To make an incident “Manager (Level 2) Private”:
- Click into the incident type.
- Click the “Yes” toggle for “Manager (Level 2) Private.”
PRO TIP: “HR (Level 1) Private” and “Manager (Level 2) Private” work separately from each other. If a team member has access to view “HR (Level 1) Private” incidents, then they will only be able to see “HR (Level 1) Private” incidents. If a team member has access to view “Manager (Level 2) Private” incidents, then they will be able to see “Manager (Level 2) Private” incidents. If a team member has both “HR (Level 1) Private” and “Manager (Level 2) Private” access, then they will be able to see both “HR (Level 1) Private” and “Manager (Level 2) Private” incidents.
