To close an incident:
1. Click “Incidents” from the MANAGEMENT menu.
2. Click on the “Incident Date” for the incident that you want to close.
3. Now on the “Back Office” tab of that incident’s details page, click on the drop-down menu next to the “Status” field.
4. Select the “Closed” option. Woven will automatically save your selection.
PRO TIP: We recommend closing incidents as opposed to deleting them. By closing an incident, users with the appropriate permissions will still be able to access and review closed incident reports by filtering for closed incidents on the main page of Incidents.
