To revise a submitted incident:
1. Click “Incidents” from the MANAGEMENT menu.
2. Click on the “Date of Incident” for the incident that you want to revise.
3. On the “General” tab of the selected incident’s details page, you can make changes to the editable fields. You can also upload additional documents on the “Documents” tab.
PRO TIP: Woven auto-saves your changes, so there’s no “Save” button.
TROUBLESHOOTING: If you cannot override changes to an incident, you either do not have the permissions to override changes to incidents or you are trying to edit an un-editable field. Contact your account administrator for incident overriding permissions.
PRO TIP: Make quick edits to an incident by clicking on the incident’s row on the main page that lists all incidents. A quick-edit sidebar will appear to the left with several fields you may update. Click the box-with-arrow icon to access that incident’s page to make more extensive changes.
