To revise a submitted incident:
1. Click “Incidents” from the MANAGEMENT menu.
2. Click on the “Incident Date” for the incident that you want to revise.
3. On the “Incident”, "Back Office", and "Documents" tab of the selected incident’s details page, you can make changes to the editable fields.
PRO TIP: Woven auto-saves your changes, so there’s no “Save” button.
TROUBLESHOOTING: If you cannot override changes to an incident, you either do not have the permissions to override changes to incidents or you are trying to edit an un-editable field. Contact your account administrator for incident overriding permissions.
PRO TIP: Make quick edits to an incident by clicking on the row of the focus incident on the main incidents page. A quick-edit sidebar will appear to the left with several fields you may update. Click the box-with-arrow icon to access that incident’s page to make more extensive changes.
