Filtering for Courses
You can scroll through the list of courses to find what you’re looking for or filter for “Active,” “Locked,” and “Completed” courses:
- “Active” courses are those that you haven’t yet taken or that you are in the middle of taking. Under the course name, you will see a yellow “Ready to Start” box along with an estimated time to complete the course. If you’ve already started a course, you will see a blue “Started”box.
- A “Locked” course is one that you cannot begin until you’ve completed the one prior to it.
- If you’ve completed a course it, you will see a green “Completed” box.
Starting a Course
Click on a “Ready to Start” course.
Navigating through your Course Content
1. On the course homepage, you will see one or more sections to complete. Begin with the first section.
2. When you’ve finished a page, select the “Continue” button to advance.
3. Click the “Previous” button to go back.
4. Click the “Page” tab on the left to see a pull-out window listing all pages and navigate to a specific page.
5. The blue bar at the top of the screen shows your progress.
6. To go back to the course homepage, click the “x” button.
Pro Tip: Some pages require you to complete a video before moving on, so if you cannot advance that may be why.
Course Completion
Once you’ve completed a course you can return to it at any time to review the content in advance of any “Assessments,” i.e., quizzes to test your understanding of course material.
Observation Message
Upon course completion, you might receive a message to notify your manager or someone else that you’ve completed the course and are ready for your “Observation.” Select “Notify Manager” to let them know.
When you have completed a course, you will receive a notification by email with a message something like the below:
"You can find your completed courses in the Learning section of the Knowledge Center. Your course transcripts will all be saved in your Team Member file to track all your records and training history in one place. "
